I'm from. . . Yeoju, South Korea! Brighten and boost your complexion with the Rice Toner. Its formulated with 77.78% Real Rice Water which helps tighten pores and buff away impurities. It also possesses natural soothing and strengthening properties that help relieve redness and firm the skin. Added Niacinamide and Adenosine provide additional moisture care.
**Please note that the product will naturally separate when left to sit. This is perfectly normal, just give the bottle a good shake when ready to use again.

After cleansing, dispense a sufficient amount of toner to a cotton pad or to clean hands. Swipe the cotton pad all across the face, starting from the outer edge in towards the nose. Tap lightly to help aid in absorption. Then follow with the rest of your skincare routine.

I was so excited to try this since, there are alot of good reviews about it. I love the consistency of this watery and easily sinked into my skin.
Never feels heavy & has a milk-ish color. My dry-irritated skin loves this so much. As it gives moisture and extra hydration. I also notice that my skin looks plumper and brighter after months of using it.
this is one of my favourite products, leaves my skin very smooth and clear of sun spots
The toner has light weight consistency with a milky like texture. I use it as a first step of my routine and follow up with my serums. It does not feel sticky, doesn’t pill and goes well with all other serums.
The best part, it’s fragrance free which makes it perfect for folks with sensitive skin. In terms of its effects, it brightens the skins and helps in healing redness from the surface of my skin.
Overall, it’s a great toner with light, easy to absorb consistency and I would definitely recommend it.
