Squeeze a small amount and gently massage on wet face with fingertips.
Rinse off with lukewarm water.
Use both morning and evening on damp skin, avoiding the eye area.

Non irritating and effective

Out of all the cleansers I've tried, this has been the most effective and least irritating. I use it as a morning cleanser and it has a pleasant, natural smell. It doesn't foam too much if you don't lather it so it doesn't strip my face of necessary oils. I've been using it for around 6 months and I still have a lot left.
