After cleansing, dispense a moderate amount of toner onto a cotton pad or clean hands. Gently swipe the cotton pad across the face. Pat the face and neck lightly for better absorption. Follow up with the rest of your skincare routine.

This Rovectin toner is a perfect match for my combination skin!
I'm recently suffering from pimples and irritation along my jawline, which is absolutely annoying because my skin tends to dryness.
Cica Care can treat and calm my breakouts but it also replenishes my skin hydration levels too. It's very refreshing on my skin and smells very fresh. I find it very delicate but effective, the alcohol-free formula makes it suitable for complex skin like mine.

I really liked this hydrating toner!
The lavender scent is quite strong so I think you would need to like lavender to like this, which luckily I do! Lavender soothes and relaxes me :)
This didn’t break me out and also didn’t dry me out so that’s great.

My first impressions of the toner were how gentle and smooth it felt and the very mild scent. When I first received the product as a Beauty Tester I had dry flaking skin and it helped remove it gently, especially when used alongside a cotton pad. It helped smooth out my flaking skin and made it hydrated. The toner is also very refreshing when used as a mist in a spray bottle. I think my new favourite method to use it now is as a mist. Easy to apply and doesn't waste product.
I love the consistency of the product as it wasn't too watery nor thick.
As to what it claims to do, it certainly does help calm irritated skin, for example, after being exposed to the sun however, I didn't see big effects with my acne or pigmentation. Pigmentation remains the same and my vitamin C serum helps it more than this toner of course. I also didn't see a difference using it in preventing acne. But, do keep in mind that I've used it only for around 3 to 4 weeks. As to calming acne, it did seem to help calm hormonal acne faster than usual so that was a plus.
However, I would definitely continue using it as I have enjoyed using it more than my Klairs softening water.
P.S. I have combination skin, that is very very sensitive, and acne prone.

I’ve been using this toner for few weeks now and can tell that it helps to revitalise the skin and slowly helps with pigmentation after breakouts and such.
This toner isn’t very hydrating which for me personally means it’s a perfect summer toner.
I am pleased it doesn’t have scent (maybe extremely faint one that comes from the ingredients) and it’s gentle on my skin.
The price for the amount and the quality of the product is great.
I’d recommend this toner to anyone, especially people who are starting their journey with toners as I can imagine it’ll suit many skin types.

The gentlest yet effective toner for my dry and sensitive skin. I was breaking out then when I started using this toner and it did help in calming my skin. It did help in reducing those dark spots too caused by acne. I love that this product has centella asiatica and madecassoside, both are my super ingredients when dealing with stubborn pimples.

This toner makes up for the lost hydration after my cleanser and works great in prepping my skin for my serums and moisturizers. This will be a staple in my skicare routine.
