Use 2 - 3 times a week in place of shampoo or before shampoo. Apply a moderate amount of the product onto wet scalp. Delicately massage into the scalp, add some water, later, massage until the sea salt melts away, and rinse thoroughly.

Surprisingly liked this

Never tried a scalp scrub before, so didn't know what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised. Smells great, not too strong and doesn't linger but just enough for a pleasant experience. Menthol gives a nice, cooling, refreshing effect. I will say that I was expecting it to be a little more abrasive, it was almost too gentle for me. But at least it encourages being gentle with the scalp. And it washed off very nicely. I may repurchase with the set to try other Aromatica products.
